Fan Submissions
Fan submissions are one of the greatest parts of this site, and are a fun way to contribute to BLW. There are four major categories, Fan Fiction, Fan Art, Fan Comics, and Sprites. DO NOT steal other people's work for any of these sections! You will be banned from the site and forums immediately.

If your submission is good enough, a staff member or myself will notice it and it will be added to either the featured section or Fan Fiction or the actual section rather than your user gallery on the Image Gallery.

Gaming-Related Submissions
Game Reviews are your opinions on a Zelda or Mario game you have played. The purpose of it is to help others decide on which games they should buy based off of your opinion. Please include the following in your game review (in this order):

Game
System
Reviewer (your name)
Rating 1-10 (10 is the highest)
Review (write a paragraph or more about your opinion of the game)

Articles are basically newspaper editorials about video games. This can be about any aspect of Mario, Zelda, Nintendo, or video games in general. It can be news, your opinion, or anything else you can think of. I'm not going to place any specific rules on this, but they should be at least decent and contribute something to the site.

Lost News is fake, humorous news that is about Mario, Zelda, Nintendo, or video games in general named that because this is Beyond the Lost Woods. Like articles, they don't have any specific guidelines... just make them funny. ;)

Other Submissions
Find some piece of Mario news we missed or an offical Zelda image not in the gallery? Just send it in to the above address with a subject of "OTHER SUBMISSION" and we will add it if we think it is worthy of putting up. MAKE SURE IT IS OFFICAL BEFORE YOU SEND IT IN!

Join the Forums
Becoming an active member on the forums is probably the easiest way to support our site. Making discussion about Nintendo is one of the goals of this site, so the more members the better. Discuss with other members on how to beat a game, who your favorite character is, and more interesting topics then what I just mentioned. You don't have pay anything, it is completely moderated, and you can leave any time you wish so there is no harm in joining.
